Quebec cracks down on organized crime, high-risk sex offenders and protests in new bill

Quebec's Public Security Minister Ian Lafrenière tabled a bill Wednesday aiming to create a public registry for high-risk sex offenders, prevent protests from taking place too close to the homes of elected officials and crack down on members of organized crime groups who show off their groups' logos or patches.
