A highrise run by the Kingston & Frontenac Housing Corporation is a hotbed for police activity, with hundreds of calls for service this year alone. Officials say changes are coming, but one resident says she still lives in fear.

A Toronto man has been charged with multiple terrorism-related offences in what RCMP say is an ongoing investigation.The Mounties say their national security enforcement team arrested 27-year-old Waleed Khan in late November over alleged activities that took place between mid-June and mid-August.They say the allegations include providing property knowing it would be used by or benefit ISIS and providing social media accounts knowing they would be used by or benefit ISIS.
