Should schools regulate play on snowbanks? Quebec’s school insurers have released guidelines on how snowbanks should be built in schoolyards, and some worry the strict rules could limit winter play. Is this a little too extreme? The director of the Human Early Learning Partnership, Mariana Brussoni, believes that might be the case. She speaks with Kristy about her thoughts on the matter.
