Parents of stillborn baby channel grief into advocacy for health system improvements

Laura and Nick Bordignon were devastated when they mistakenly received an autopsy invoice addressed to their stillborn daughter. Since then, they have met with health officials to push for administrative changes, to make sure their grief wasn't in vain.
