Does London need a nightlife mayor?

A handful of cities that have their own version of a “night mayor,” including Toronto's night economy champion and Ottawa's night commissioner. Generally, they act as a liaison between venues, residents, police and municipal staff in order to resolve issues, change policy and stimulate the economy.
