Amid a recent rough patch for Ottawa’s transit service – highlighted by a bus shortage and another Line 1 LRT hiccup – two Ottawa city councillors are calling on OC Transpo to explore offering refunds or travel credits to customers. These would be offered to any transit riders who are facing delayed or cancelled trips, a sadly recurring theme to begin 2026. Joining Kristy Cameron on today's Ottawa Now are Knoxdale-Merivale councillor Sean Devine and Capital Ward councillor Shawn Menard.
