Today, Ottawa City Council has voted 17-7 to endorse Ontario’s approach. Rideau-Vanier councillor Stéphanie Plante, who forwarded the motion to City Hall, pays us a visit in Hour 2. Plus, the game of cricket is booming in Canada’s Capital, and the municipality is setting its sights on a new full-sized outdoor regulation pitch.
