Beginning on Monday, March 30, Woodroffe Avenue, between Richmond Road and Deschênes Street, will be fully closed to vehicular traffic. It is planned to reopen this fall. This closure will allow for upgrading and relocating multiple utilities, traffic signals, streetlighting and permanent roadwork, as part of the Revitalizing Richmond Road Project.
During this road closure, the Richmond Road and Woodroffe Avenue intersection will remain open for eastbound and westbound vehicle traffic, and improvements will be made to enhance safety and traffic flow at the intersection. ...
