More treatments for addictions are needed as northern Ontario communities face a spike in overdoses tied to an increasingly toxic drug supply, according to front-line workers, physicians and addiction experts.

Patients can receive the treatments at home for 'no additional cost' and will have the option of chatting with a pharmacist over the phone, Novo Nordisk said.
