Smith hopes MOU with Ottawa can be finalized in the 'next number of days'

Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith both say they have made progress on finalizing a memorandum of understanding on project approvals and environmental regulations. Smith says she knows Albertans are getting impatient, but hopes it can be finished in 'the next number of days' because her province needs a demonstration that 'Canada can work.'
