Hyrox is coming to Ottawa and athletes are training at this 24/7 pop-up gym

Ottawa is set to host its first ever Hyrox fitness racing event from May 14 to 17, with 14,000 athletes registered to compete. CBC's Sannah Choi met with Hyrox athlete Kenny Caceros, who competed in the 2025 World Championships and has opened the Hybrid Training Pop-Up. It's a local gym where people can train 24/7 for the race.
