Sarnia tennis pro's police shooting death a homicide, Ontario inquest jury rules in urging more training

After a week-long coroner's inquest into the London, Ont., police shooting death of Justin Bourassa, the jury has ruled his death a homicide and put forth 10 recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths.
