If you're an e-bike rider in Ontario, the rules of the road could soon be changing

The province is proposing to overhaul the definition of an electric bicycle, and it could force some riders to get a motorcycle licence and insurance to operate their bike on the road. The CBC’s Giacomo Panico has been speaking with e-bike owners, retailers and insurance brokers to get their reaction.
