WestJet has already begun parking its aircraft ahead of a possible strike by its flight attendants on Sunday. Because the airline has not yet reached a deal with the union representing its cabin crew, parking the planes “minimizes the risk of stranding guests and aircraft,” the airline said in a news release Friday. OTTAWA — In a little more than a month Canadians have funded nearly one-fiftieth of the financial goal to renovate 24 Sussex Drive. Prime Minister Mark Carney announced in late June a plan to redesign and rebuild 24 Sussex Dr., saying that the prime minister’s official residence is a national landmark that is now in critical condition.
