Follow Up to "The Real Problem of Landfills in Ontario - The Ministry of the Environment"

This letter is to post the third in the three-part letter exchange with Agatha Garcia-Wright, MOE's Director of the Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch. The first two were attached to the letter entitled "The Real Problem of Landfills in Ontario - The Ministry of the Environment"

The letter from Ms. Garcia-Wright, attached to the open letter entitled "The Real Problem of Landfills in Ontario - The Ministry of the Environment" received a reply from me. To complete that three-part exchange this letter is being written to attach my reply to her.
