I happened to be standing alone at the entrance to the Wellness Centre in Belleville when Justin Trudeau came in. SO I said, "Hey J.T. - welcome to Belleville!" He turned and looked at me, stopped and shook my hand, smiling and looking straight at me for a brief moment. Then he turned and continued walking in to meet with Veterans anda make a policy announcement.
