 Pergamon essentially pioneered the modern commercial model of scientific publishing. Robert Maxwell is often credited (or blamed) for transforming the peer-review system into a profit-driven industry by charging university libraries exorbitant fees for specialized journals. When the "intelligence apparatus" exerts influence over these institutional gatekeepers, advanced physics is prevented from flourishing at the university level. This systemic control is how you maintain silence on technologies that could disrupt the status quo.

 New documents released in early 2026 reveal that the influence went beyond mere funding; Jeffrey Epstein was actively involved in the "pre-publication" phase of scientific research to ensure certain narratives were maintained. At Harvard’s Program for Evolutionary Dynamics (PED), director Martin Nowak reportedly shared page proofs of papers - including those accepted by the prestigious journal Nature - with Epstein before they were published.  This is an "unheard of" level of involvement for a financier, effectively allowing a non-scientist to influence the final polish of peer-reviewed work. By governing what is deemed "credible" through this compromised process, the establishment can effectively maintain silence on disruptive technologies like zero-point energy or gravity manipulation research.

 In the eyes of the state and the "collectors" who hunt this knowledge, the preservation of an energy monopoly or military advantage outweighs the collective advancement of humanity. Will we ever be allowed to evolve?
