What other privately owned government funded corporation can be responsible for 92 unexplained deaths in 4 years and not face a massive investigation and an army of journalists looking for the crack so many children have fallen to their deaths through?
If a child in care in dies every three days on average in Ontario, doesn't that mean a child in care is at risk right now?
As long as there's even one suspicious death in care every child in care is at risk and that's not in the best interest of the child anymore than are unregistered social workers calling themselves child protection workers to avoid the intention of existing Ontario law.
