While he did refuse several requests from the Speaker, on the final time Poilievre was clearly heard to say, "I withdraw the comment and substitute with the aforementioned adjectives." While perhaps not the most elegant or sincere withdrawal, he did in fact use the word "withdraw." A formal withdrawl needs to be sincere. The speaker deemed it wasn’t, so he rightfully got the boot. PP is perhaps the worst suited person to be PM ever elected to Canada’s parliament because he isn’t sincere in anything he says. He’s a petty person at the best of times.
