Yes, it did. It was a terrible agreement for Canada. I don't understand why we trade with our geo-political rivals. Seems like a bad idea to fuel our enemy's military industrial complex. Fuelling the killing machines that will be used against our allies in the pacific. Completely counter intuitive, unless of course, you stand to make a lot of money. Thanks for the feedback.
