One man dead in Ontario Place industrial accident, Toronto police say

Police say a man is dead after an industrial accident at Ontario Place.Toronto police say officers responded shortly after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to reports that a person was injured by construction equipment at the waterfront.Police say he died at the scene.
