Bloc Leader Yves-François Blanchet has opined that PM Mark Carney thinks of himself as the CEO of Canada and he can therefore simply ignore the wishes of Parliament. The fact Carney is ignoring the House motion requesting he table a spring economic update for the one half trillion dollars he wants to spend certainly gives credence to that assessment. Read More
