'Trailer Park Boys' actor Mike Smith arraigned on sexual assault charge in Halifax

Mike Smith, best known for portraying Bubbles on The Trailer Park Boys television show, has been arraigned on a sexual assault charge. Smith was not present in Halifax provincial court, appearing through his lawyer Stan MacDonald.

The agreement, called the Canadian Mutual Recognition Agreement, was signed by all the provinces, territories and the federal government on Nov. 17.
