In a note written six months after a child died in her care, Becky Hamber said she was not to blame for his death, a Milton, Ont., court heard Friday.

The death earlier this week of Annette Dionne, the last surviving sister of the famous quintuplets, is the end of a difficult era, but it is not the end of their story, her nephew says.Brian Callahan’s mother was an older sibling to the Dionne quintuplets.
