Prince Albert Salvation Army fire believed to be human caused

Though the investigation continues, the fire that tore through the Salvation Army building in Prince Albert, Sask., on Christmas Day is believed to have been human caused.
Sebastian Halmagean, originally from Hamilton, was a gunner based at the 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, N.B., on his first deployment to Latvia.
