Meantime, the former City of Ottawa lawyer who pleaded guilty to defacing the National Holocaust Memorial has been given a suspended sentence, and will serve no additional jail time. CTV’s Katie Griffin delivers the details in Hour 1. But first, we bring you up to speed on today’s top headlines.
