Now the veteran, Moh Ahmed to lead young Canadian runners into cross-country worlds

Moh Ahmed of St. Catharines, Ont., who has starred on the track for years and ran to his first Canadian cross-country title in November, will lead the national team at his fourth world championship on Saturday in Tallahassee, Fla.
