Soldiers, plumbers, volunteers begin to restore homes in Pimicikamak Cree Nation

Canadian Armed Forces personnel have arrived in Pimicikamak Cree Nation to help in the aftermath of a devastating power outage that damaged hundreds of homes when several water pipes broke. Plumbers are working on each home while local leadership gather food and supplies.
Therapists say parents and caregivers should speak with their children and teens about the shooting in order to help process the tragedy.
