In the last month, the U.S. attacked Venezuela and captured Nicolás Maduro, Canada has sent troops to Greenland for military exercises, and Prime Minister Mark Carney spoke about the rupture of the world order at the World Economic Forum, saying “The old order is not coming back.”
In short, things are changing fast around us, and it’s natural to want to respond.
