Flags at Ottawa City Hall have been lowered to half-mast until sunset on Tuesday, February 17 in honour of the victims of the tragic mass shooting in Tumbler Ridge, BC, that left ten people dead, including the shooter, and at least 25 injured. This gesture recognizes the lives lost and expresses the City of Ottawa’s solidarity with the community of Tumbler Ridge and all those affected by this tragic event.
