Family remembers ‘fiercely loyal’ man who was found dead the day after his minivan crashed

CBC’s Nathan Fung spoke with the family of Cole Misner, a young father who was found dead in the snow the day after his minivan rolled over. The SIU is investigating because Ottawa police responded to the collision but left the scene when they couldn't find anyone.
