Justice Minister pushes back against Alberta premier's demands on judicial appointments

Justice Minister Sean Fraser says Canada has a robust, independent process to appoint judges that is working well. Fraser was pushing back after Alberta Premier Danielle Smith said her government might withhold funding to support new judicial appointments in her province if it doesn't get a say in who is picked.
