Fishers in eastern Nova Scotia have grave concerns about plan for whale sanctuary

A group representing about 140 commercial fishing ventures says it has concerns about a plan to build North America’s first coastal refuge for whales retired from theme parks.
The two countries are working to build links between the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the European Union. Accomplishing that would create a new trading bloc of 1.5 billion people.
