CPPIB buying 50% stake in Peruvian power company Inkia Energy

The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board has signed a deal to invest in Peruvian private power generation company Inkia Energy alongside I Squared Capital.
The Kamloops institution operated between 1890 and 1969, when Ottawa took control from the Catholic Church and ran it as a day school until it closed in 1978.
