A Quebec man who drowned his two children in October 2022 in their family home near Montreal told a jury on Wednesday he doesn’t have any memories from the day they died.
Over one in 10 youth (14 per cent) met screen time guidelines in both surveyed years, and nearly half (49 per cent) followed screen time guidelines in one of the two years.
