Canadians who are vacationing and living in parts of Mexico have been urgently ordered to shelter in place. This warning goes double for anyone who is currently visiting Puerto Vallarta, a popular tourist destination in the country. It follows the demise of a major Mexican drug cartel leader, who was reportedly killed in a government operation just days ago. And now, a wave of violence has engulfed the area. SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — Prime Minister Mark Carney is expected to take questions from reporters for the first time since embarking on a 10-day trip to India, Australia and Japan last week.
