Canada’s most wanted fugitive was arrested Thursday in connection to the shooting death of a 28-year-old man at Yorkdale mall this past summer.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Canadians’ affection for the United States tends to rise and fall with whoever’s in the White House. It dropped for president George W.
