Sechelt resident Agnes Cabe said some temporary foreign workers are working in elder care as dental assistants and health care assistants.
In Canada, any spray that is capable of injuring or incapacitating someone is currently considered to be a prohibited weapon, including any kind of mace or pepper spray.
