Technology in vehicle headlights has advanced in recent years, allowing drivers to see the roads better under pitch-black skies. However, they might work a little too well, as oncoming drivers could be blinded by the light they generate. And to nobody’s surprise, complaints are going up, which has triggered a new survey from Transport Canada.
