Parts of Quebec bracing for potential ‘critical freezing rain’ midweek

Environment Canada said the system, which will bring total accumulations of 20 to 30 millimetres of freezing rain, will move into the region on Wednesday.

The municipality said use of the vehicles had been paused because during the winter snow is plowed onto the surfaces that are used for parking the e-scooters and e-bikes.
