Peel police say a four-year-old child has died after being found on the ground outside an apartment building in Mississauga, possibly after falling from a balcony.

Due to a partial government shutdown in the U.S., many Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers are calling in sick or quitting over a lack of pay, resulting in long airport wait times.
