Charges laid in Toronto-area zipline accident that sent child to hospital

Ontario's public safety regulator has laid charges against the operator of a Scarborough trampoline park following a zipline accident in January that sent a boy to hospital.
The organization previously said it did not believe there was evidence of fraud, theft of personal misuse of funds after discovering a 'significant' financial shortfall.
