Health centre CEO stresses need for 'options' as Ontario phases out supervised drug sites

The head of an Ottawa health centre that's home to one of Ontario's addiction recovery hubs is stressing the need for a variety of options for users — including the type of supervised consumption sites the province is phasing out.
The new guarantee will have the Canadian government refund fees if you wait for more than 30 business days for your passport to be processed.
