Flags at half-mast in memory City of Ottawa Crossing Guard

March 24, 2026

Effective immediately, and until further notice, the flags at all City of Ottawa sites have been lowered to half-mast as we mourn the loss of Peter Clark, who tragically lost his life while serving as a City of Ottawa crossing guard.  Flags will remain at half-mast until sunset on the day of the memorial service.
