An Ottawa crossing guard has died after he was struck by a teenage driver near a Barrhaven elementary school. Meantime, families in Barrhaven are calling for immediate safety improvements around St. Juan Diego Catholic School after a child was seriously injured during pick-up and drop-off hours.
