The City of Ottawa is looking to replace its 10-year housing plan with another 10-year plan. Does the new plan, on paper, deliver the goods? Meantime, 10 years after it was infamously launched by the Trudeau regime, the federal government is working to replace the troubled Phoenix pay system. There’s just one problem, though. According to a new report from Canada’s Auditor General, pay errors could carry over if the old backlog isn’t cleared.
