1 man guilty of 1st-degree murder for killing 15-year-old Montreal girl in drive-by shooting, another acquitted

One man has been found guilty of first-degree murder and another acquitted on all charges in the trial of a 15-year-old girl who was gunned down in Montreal during a drive-by shooting in 2021.
According to police, the accused has been charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, as well as mischief — preventing the lawful enjoyment of property.
