Canada's Lia Pereira and Trennt Michaud have won their first medal at the world figure skating championships.

The Northern Ontario Hockey Association will allow the U18 Soo Jr. Greyhounds to compete in a championship game on Sunday in Sudbury against the Copper Cliff Reds. There were initially told they had to forfeit a game after leaving behind an allegedly messy dressing room.
