Holocaust survivor calls Montreal college’s decision to cancel commemoration ‘cowardly’

The city’s mayor, who was in tears in late March while announcing the deaths of two people experiencing homelessness, says the final report will include recommendations for authorities aimed at preventing such occurrences.
