Wolfe Island wind turbines restart as blade failure probe continues

More than half of the wind turbines on Wolfe Island are back online following a recent blade failure, though the investigation into the exact cause remains ongoing.
One year ago, Prime Minister Mark Carney won a seat in a general election in the riding of Nepean. It marked the first time since the 1880s that the prime minister's riding was in the nation's capital. CBC's Hallie Cotnam checks in with local voters.
